Dustin Weibel has over 15 years of industry experience. Dustin previously worked as a custom equipment designer, specializing in complex refrigeration design and manufacturing. Dustin relocated to Austin in 2005 as a sales engineer for a custom equipment manufacturer before starting Texas Equipment Solutions with Ron in 2008.
Dustin has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Baylor University. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Ron Roberge

Ron Roberge has over 30 years of industry experience. Ron started his career in HVAC service management, later becoming a custom equipment designer then a sales engineer for a custom equipment manufacturer before starting Texas Equipment Solutions with Dustin in 2008.
Ron has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Alberta Society of Engineering Technology.
